KPI & Performance
- The company’s business result oriented OKR is the base of each individual’s KPIs. Every two months, a performance review is conducted. The cadence is to ensure quick feedback loop and so we can ensure that we are all improving our working quality and collaboration style quickly.
- The performance review is a good opportunity to gather around all the notes from retro and standups to really think hard about the impact one has made to the business result of the company. This force us to stay focused on impact and on what’s important.
